Job Description:

1.Be the Business Lead and work with the team to set strategic direction for the various learning technologies.

2.Provides general oversight, leadership and technical direction for Learning Management System requirements.

3.Partner with multiple teams to lead the implementation of the learning technologies.

4.Provide consulting to member firm on learning needs as it relates to learning technology and ensures that learning solutions meet the member firms technical and quality standards.

5.Establishes relationships with member firms to determine learning technology requirements, expectations and issues.



Team Management / Teaming:

Primary contact point to project leadership for all project management.

Support in performance management feedback and guidance.

Assists in various areas including recruiting, facilities and IT related activities.

Knowledge Sharing/Documentation:

Actively participate in and train others in the deployment, adoption and improvement of the quality standards for all developed/supported systems.

Assist in creating supporting documentation and administrative reports (e.g. Test Execution Reports,Status Reports, Dashboards, Metrics, etc.)
